Peter is a successful business leader and entrepreneur, with a career spanning both corporate and global consultancies including Accenture and CSC. In 2008 Peter was co-founder and CEO of DX Solutions. Under his direction DX experienced 30% year-on-year growth and was awarded and featured as a 2014 and 2015 BRW Fast 100 Company. In 2016 Peter was included as a top-four finalist for Executive of the Year. Peter successfully exited DX through a private sale in 2018. Peter continues to expand his investment and business portfolios.

Brian is a seasoned finance professional, having spent his 30-year career in the insurance industry working both locally and internationally in organisations ranging from start-ups to listed entities. In addition to corporate roles Brian is an experienced director and professional investor, involved in many successful start-ups, two of which were listed on the ASX. Having retired from corporate life at the end of 2021, Brian is now focused on various board roles and is active as the Managing Director of Sustainable Food & Water of which he is a substantial shareholder. In addition, Brian has dedicated many years of his life to the not-forprofit sector, having been the chairman and trustee of the Australian Cord Blood Foundation since 2011 as well as chairman of the Financial Services Accountants Association (a not-for-profit training organization) from 2009-2021.

David is a professional geoscientist and has over 40 years’ experience in Oil & Gas and other natural resources industries. He holds an MSc in Geophysics from Imperial College, London, and a PhD in Seismology from the Australian National University, Canberra. David has held various Board positions with ASX natural resources companies, and was a founder of Oil & Gas companies Eastern Star Gas Ltd and Sapex Ltd. He has served as Managing Director of ASX listed gold producer North Flinders Mines, CEO and Managing Director of Oil & Gas producers Beach Petroleum and Claremont Petroleum, and Chairman of Robust Resources Ltd and Galilee Energy Ltd. David is currently Chairman of ASX-listed Renergen Ltd and Non-Executive Director AIM listed Litigation Capital Management Limited.

James graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws in Trade Practices and International Transport Law. A former partner of a national law firm, James commenced his own practice in 2000 and acts for a variety of commercial enterprises. Conscious of the effects of climate change and the need to assist communities in need, James is passionate and dedicated to ensure the successful delivery of the vision and solutions that James Tuite SFW brings to the market.

Start-up entrepreneur with experience across pacific trade, China im/export and commercial operations, specialising in fine foods, agribusiness and sustainability within investment, wholesale and retail trade. Armen is a long-standing volunteer with RFS and operates Back To The Bush, a non-profit social enterprise.

Bijang is an Indigenous artist, model and actor who currently works as an ambassador for Myer. He has previously worked with well-known brands such as Bonds, Billabong and Target. Bijang feels most comfortable in the water, growing up at Fingal Beach and nearby the Tweed River.
